Job Summary
THIS POSITION IS ON SITE 5 DAYS A WEEK, THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY.
The Senior Reporting & Analytics Manager is an important resource within the Information Technology department, with the main role of supporting the company’s business processes with advanced dashboards, high-quality visualizations and reports, and other data analytics to present meaningful insights into the complex data to our stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement reports and dashboards that transform raw data into meaningful information
- Evaluate priorities & resources, complete day-to-day activities concerning business needs on reports and dashboards
- Assist business requests with adhoc data extractions, complete by data analysis to provide analytics insights
- Collaborate with different teams within IT and other business stakeholders to understand the reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Partner with other IT Technical members for work on data sources management, ensure data quality, and optimize data retrieval processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
- Define standard procedures to manage reporting catalogs, technical documentation, and data dependencies to ensure a clear roadmap for development and implementation
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in BI and data analytics
- Conduct analytics to identify reporting capabilities available to us to enhance our current data analysis efforts
- Drive upcoming projects to migrate our legacy reports into more up-to-date analytical tools
- Lead and mentor resources in the Reporting Team to ensure the team's success
Education
Bachelor's degree required
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a reporting/analytical expert with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role
- Proficient in designing and creating data visualizations and reports using different tools
- Proficient SQL skills for data pulling and manipulation, ability to work with complex data sets
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex data and transform it into insightful reports and dashboards
- Strong understanding of data analysis and data modeling, warehouse design
- Proven experience in managing a team’s work and deliverables, with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to adapt fast to new tools
- Flexible attitude to work well in changing situations and reprioritize work accordingly
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) registration/clearance as well as ongoing alcohol and drug testing.
