The Office Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functionality by supervising administrative staff, managing budgets, coordinating facilities maintenance, procuring office supplies, organizing files, arranging meetings, and implementing administrative systems, requiring strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to maintain efficiency and a positive work environment.

Compensation
Salary $65,000 to $80,000 DOE
Responsibilities
Supervise, delegate tasks, and backup coverage for reception staff
Maintain office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices
Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
Maintain filing systems and document organization
Arrange meetings, schedule appointments, manage calendars
Coordinate and execute event planning for divisional events
Oversee office maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external service providers
Ensure offices are clean, functional, and safe
Act as primary point of contact for internal and external inquires
Facilitate communication between departments and team members
Provide support to divisional leadership and VP/GM
Work closely with leadership on process improvement activities, providing input, support, with roll outs from the corporate to local level
Develop and implement administrative procedures to streamline operations
Compile monthly departmental reporting for presentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Education
High school diploma/GED
Requirements/Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills: Effective written and verbal communication to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Leadership abilities: Ability to motivate and manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance
- Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness in handling administrative tasks
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with office software (MS Office Suite), communication platforms, and relevant administrative systems
- Financial acumen: Basic understanding of budgeting and expense management
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
