Compensation
$22-$26/hr DOE
Responsibilities
- Develop talking points
- Interface with company lobbyists, management and legislative staff
- Work with the IT department to develop an advocacy page on the company’s intranet
- Develop a database of representatives and contacts
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Government or a related field; preferably Junior level or above student
Requirements/Qualifications
- Excellent communication and reading skills
- Timeliness
- Good organizational skills
- Clean driving record
- Office work – must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.
