Compensation

$90,000-$105,000 annually DOE

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach and guide the team on Agile values, principles, and the Scrum framework
  • Remove obstacles to enable the team's progress and sprint goal achievement
  • Promote a self-organizing and collaborative team environment
  • Ensure transparency by providing timely project updates and managing risks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for alignment
  • Foster a culture of trust, respect, and accountability
  • Facilitate decision-making and prioritize work within Agile principles
  • Continuously improve processes and suggest enhancements

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 3 years minimum of Agile experience with solid knowledge of Agile principles
  • Proven Scrum Master experience in software development projects
  • Clear and concise written acceptance criteria
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Servant mindset and ability to create a supportive work environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic settings
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Continuous learning mindset

Preferred:
Scrum Master certification (CSM) is a plus

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) registration/clearance as well as ongoing alcohol and drug testing.
