Compensation
$90,000-$105,000 annually DOE
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach and guide the team on Agile values, principles, and the Scrum framework
- Remove obstacles to enable the team's progress and sprint goal achievement
- Promote a self-organizing and collaborative team environment
- Ensure transparency by providing timely project updates and managing risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for alignment
- Foster a culture of trust, respect, and accountability
- Facilitate decision-making and prioritize work within Agile principles
- Continuously improve processes and suggest enhancements
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
Requirements/Qualifications
- 3 years minimum of Agile experience with solid knowledge of Agile principles
- Proven Scrum Master experience in software development projects
- Clear and concise written acceptance criteria
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Servant mindset and ability to create a supportive work environment
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic settings
- Empathy and emotional intelligence
- Continuous learning mindset
Preferred:
Scrum Master certification (CSM) is a plus
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) registration/clearance as well as ongoing alcohol and drug testing.
